The states responsible for maintaining their own criminal records include Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Maryland, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Tennessee, West Virginia, and Wyoming.
