Integration Process Overview The integration is currently sold as nonstandard because it isn't being maintained by our product/engineering team and has to be vetted by services if a client wants to implement it. We charge clients 8 hours for the tech services review to determine whether any updates will be required for it to work. If there aren't updates needed then we can usually implement it within the 8 hours and if there are updates needed then we would advice the client how much additional scope/effort would be required.
